To Secure Your Date:
An initial deposit of 50% is due upon agreement. The remainder of the total bill will be due upon conclusion of your event unless any other arrangements have been made. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Guest Counts:
An estimated guest count is due upon contract signing. The final guest count is due no later than 5 business days prior to your event. Should there be an increase or decrease after this time, additional charges will be assessed to determine the difference from the initial pricing.
Staffing Charges:
M Catering provides highly professional and well-trained staff. Service charges are based upon travel, set up and clean up time as well as the duration of the event. We estimate the time required to service your event but bill for the actual hours worked. We require a minimum of four hours for staffed events. Our fees are as follows:
- Party Chef: $33 per hour
- Supervisor: $33 per hour
- Waitstaff: $28 per hour
- Bartender: $28 per hour
18% gratuity added to all service, food, and beverage costs.
Insurance:
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. You may request a copy of our license certificate if your venue requires it. However M Catering cannot be responsible for any damages or loses that may occur, including those to furniture, carpets, flooring, kitchen areas, appliances or china.
Rental Items:
If your venue does not have tables and chairs we will gladly rent them for you. In addition, we will rent other related items including linens, china and glassware at your request; the cost of which will be reflected in your proposal.
Event Planning
Our in-house event planners will help you arrange every detail.
We can assist with room layout and design and even suggest party theme ideas,
ensuring that everything go according to plan.
Vendor Referral
We are happy to take care of floral arrangements, tenting and
specialty party rental items for your event. We also have a
referral directory on hand for additional needs.
In the Event of Cancellations:
M Catering will retain 65% of the total bill for cancellation within 72 hours of the event
85% of the total bill for cancellation within 48 hours of the event
90% of the total bill for cancellation within 24 hours of the event
